An old dream coming true!

Yesterday, I took part in my very first triathlon, in Eupen.
A great milestone after several weeks of structured training, motivated by a clear objective: crossing the finish line of the Sprint distance (500m - 25km - 5km) in under 2h30 officially - and 2h in my dreams. Result: 2h03.

This adventure clearly pushed me to train more seriously - nothing like a slightly crazy goal to stay motivated!

But above all, a real personal challenge: stepping out of my comfort zone, especially during the open water swim, an experience as impressive as it was instructive. A mass start with 200 people is scary!

This triathlon taught me that a well-defined goal can transform the way we commit, progress, and overcome our fears.

And now? I already feel like signing up for the next one.

Thanks to Michel Evrard for his unwavering support, his encouragement, and the beautiful photos!
